How well would a Jedi/sith fare against a Gun?(Anywhere from an automatic to an handgun)

 I notice how easily they are able to deflect blasters which move kinda slow compared to bullets, how would they deal with rapid guns firing bullets rapidly.

Blasters are not slow.

It's the same result, but the metal melts on contact rather than being deflected. Also, there are bullets in Star Wars.

Surely a Jedi/Sith could just use the force and stop the bullets mid-air?

They've reflected automatic guns plenty of times.
