How to start reading batman comics

How do I start reading batman comics as issues as in starting to read as many issues grime say the 80s. I have read hush, no mans lands, and knightfall

You should start with Year One, even though it's only published in the late 80s. It's an overrated, but good story nonetheless.

@tomlikesfries: thanks I was thinking to read year one and long Halloween but what is the best way to read every issue from the late 80s in detective comics and batman. Are there volumes for something other than just storyline
