Dude is probably the best villain on MARVEL side, ever. I think he is better then 616 Doom. Dude beat 1610 Gaalctus swarm and 616 Galactus. He depowered Odin. Dude is wicked.

Yes. As far as who's smarter between the two. Ult or 616 well that's up for debate. Personally I lean towards 616.
