How Powerful is PIS?

Didn't know if this should be in Battles or something else, so I just kinda assumed Battles was best because PIS can be a big factor in scans for debates.

Anyway random question. How powerful can PIS be against characters. Is it essentially omnipotent?

You consider Rhino hitting Caps shield PIS? His shield has taken much heavier and harder hits than that.

Or just about any fight were it seems a villain/hero completely forgets they have a power and lose because of it.

It is because of what the shield is made of. It absorbs kinetic energy from attacks and that is what stops him from going flying most of the time he blocks something with it. Not PIS, it has been that way for decades.

@mysticmedivh: Wrong shield, that one is likely steel and contains none of the strength of his true Shield. The True Shield is designed to absorb any energy directed against it up to its maximum. As long as it is below that, Captain America could withstand it without any real strain. The only way to knock him about would be to create a pressure wave in front of him that is big enough to bypass the Shield. Any strike made against it, is a wasted attack.

@mysticmedivh@attackonshahbaz: I don't think it's as much as Cap's shield withstanding the attack as it is that Cap, a peak human, isn't being knocked over or thrown aside by a charging Rhino.

Cap's shield absorbs the impact. That scan you put up isn't the Proto-Adamantium shield he normally uses. It's not even the right shape.

Apparently, since the writer wanted him to. "PIS" is not real since these are fictitious characters, and everything they say and do is up to the writer. Wish people would just stop saying "PIS" when they see a feat they don't like.

I'd like to add that is from black panther and captain america flags of our father. It is non canon according to Breevort. All though you are correct that is not Steves vibranium-adamantium alloy shield.

Steve's shield ansorbs momentum... It's actually legit that he can block attacks from the likes of Rhino.
