How much is being a god worth in battles.

These days it seems it doesn't take much to be considered a god

There are gods in MK but lets face it most of the people from the universe are street level

There's the 18 Gods of Yakuma from Fairy Tail - Natsu Dragneel just got done going One Punch Man on one

When I think of a god in fictional universes I think all powerful, all knowing, beings that are everywhere and nowhere are the same time.

Like "Truth" from Fullmetal Alchemist

It is a being that is everything, it has all of the power, its a gatekeeper of sorts to alchemy. Most importantly it doesn't get involved in the petty affairs of humans.

It's a title, nothing more.

It's suppose to mean something, but half the time it doesn't depending on the media you're viewing.

theres only 3 gods man. TOAA, presence, and none other than the almighty Bat-God.

Everyone else just has titles, until you can show the level of potency these guys have, your nothing more than a character in a comic book

It's not worth much if there aren't any feats to back up the claim. Something like this:

Saying you're a god is one thing. Showing you're a god? That's something else

I've said this a few times in the past. Having the title of God and being a God are two different things, and it's widely known that Gods are Powerful and Intelligent in comics, games and movies, but they aren't usually Omnipotent or Omniscient unless they are meant to be at the tip-top of the spectrum, like TOAA, The Presence, The Grand Mobul etc.

As an example, you can look at Metron, who is a God, and is technically Omniscient (or, at least, the chair makes him so) but physically he's not that great of a specimen, as he has been dethroned multiple times by someone simply pulling him off the chair.

As another example, technically Soul Reapers from Bleach are all gods (Shinigami, or Death God) but they are far from powerful compared to other beings in the same setting, and often times their greater numbers have resulted in them dying in waves.
