How much energy did it take to destroy Planet Vegeta?

It is known to possess at least ten times the gravity of planet Earth (whether this means that Planet Vegeta is a physically larger world, merely a denser one, or both, is not explained)

But, if we could quantify it’s paramenters, how would this planet be?

Well, if it has the size of Earth, it is 10 times denser than Earth, and you would need about 100 times Earth busting energy at very least to destroy it.

If it had the same density as Earth, it would have a volume of 1000 Earths, and you would need about 100,000 times Earth busting energy at very least to destroy it.

So, Frieza could have easily blew up Earth several hundreds or thousands of times.
