Depends on multiple factors. How much I like the art, how the pacing of the story is, how the flow is.
Typically I'll take my time, and it'll be anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes. Some things I rush through, like if I'm not too into the art, and reading more for story. However if it's something like Mouse Guard or Rocket Raccoon (two of my favorite artists and writers), I'll take my time.
For example, I really didn't like the art in the first graphic novel of New X-Men by Grant Morrison. So I sped through that, mainly focusing on the reading. That took maybe a half hour to forty five minutes for the first (bigger edition) graphic novel. But something like Matt Fraction's Hawkeye, where I love teh art and writing and every other concievable thing about it, It took me a hour and a half.
Studying each panel and rereading things. On a two page spread of a crowd, I can spend a solid 5-10 minutes just studying and looking to see if the artist hid anything.
I guess wanting to be a writer and artist factor into this as well.
