How I exactly feel about Comicbook Movies (Every Comic reader should watch this!)
I concur, but this guy is so annoying
You watch a Dose of Buckley? HIGH FIVE!
I concur, but this guy is so annoying
yea, but he tells it like it is most times.
This is pretty much why I don't care for "comic fans" opinions on cbms, it gets really annoying sometimes, this guy did make some good points.
Yup.

Yeah.
Sad to think comics only sell that many copies these days.
Semi-related, I don't think the first X-Men has aged well.

Special effects wise, yeah, but I still think the story is pretty good.
I completely agree with that video. Honestly, I don't really care if a comic book movie tries to be faithful to the comics. A comic book movie needs to be a good movie first and a comic book movie second. X-Men: First Class, for example, was extremely unfaithful to the comics, but it was still a really good film. I'm fine with comic book movies not being accurate to the source material. If the liberties taken benefit the movie, I'm all for it.
This dude annoys me to tears.
This. He sounds like he thinks he's the first person to figure this stuff out.
Of course he is, you simpletons simply feel embarrassed that you didn't figure it out until now.
@pperspectiveandreality: Yes, with Snyder at the helm. Say what you will, but he delivers the most memorable action sequences of any CBM's I've yet witnessed.

Em so why exactly would a tall Australian sell more than a small Canadian?
The tall Australian is attractive.
@wolverine08: I'm sure Canada isn't without it's attractive males
@JetiiMitra: Agreed.
I agree whole heartedly. And at 31 years old I no longer care or expect to see a faithful adaptation of a comic on the big screen. I care about the story, the tone and whether or not they get the characterizations right. Even then a comic book movie is just an add on, a side dish. At the end of the day all I really care about are the comics. But, I still contend even if a studio went panel by panel for the storyboard and made the most faithful adaptation, the civilian audience would fall in line.
