@pirateking: he never training in fighting that way because he is a believer that a chefs hands must never see combat. That's way he fights with his feat.

With that at most I would say he could break stone but couldn't damage metal unless he was enraged but only slightly

Probably pretty strong, not as strong as his kicks but im sure he still packs quite a punch.

Honestly, that is quite difficult to answer, since he never really uses his hands in a fight. And like @kinhachi said, he was trained to believe that chefs need to keep their hands in pristine condition, so they shouldn't be used in combat.

But let's say he did use his hands, and say that rule is just bullshit, then how hard would he punch? If I had to make a GUESS on how hard he could punch, I'd say that he could probably throw a punch as hard as Zoro can, since they're usually seen as equals when it come to power levels.

If a person always trained their legs and almost never trained their punches, a big difference would develop between punching power and kicking power. His punch would still be superhuman, but probably a fraction as strong as his kicks.

I mean technically he never uses his arms to strike but he does use them as part of his combat style, to throw himself acrobatically around the battlefield and use techniques whereas he balances with his legs in the air. He also uses them to block, so he must've gone through some degree of conditioning. So his arms should still be relative to his legs, but definitely still significantly weaker.

He never uses his hands since those are reserved for cooking
