How fast would Flash be in Marvel ?

The speedforce isn't in Marvel so how fast would he be ?

About as fast as a great athlete. The flashes so far are all very fit.

I think he would be as fast as the average Joe.

Depends on the flash Jay Garrick would still be speed of sound and or above.

Without the speed force nonsense he'd be Ultimate Quicksilver

People forget that you need run break the light to achive the speedforce, he would still be very fast but couldn't break light speed without hurting himself.
