How fast is night wind and batman in terms of battle speed?

What is battle speed? Also how fast is night wing and batman in terms of battle speed? Is battle speed how fast you can react and how fast you can move or is it how fast you can attack. Like for example how many punches you can throw in a certain amount of time?

A combination of both. Batman is peak human, dick is a little bit slower but still insanely fast.

"Night wind" is comfortably relativistic.

No doubt that Batman is a better fight, but I don't know about raw speed, Dick might even have better reflexes.

Dick is definitely more agile. I think he was the only person to ever do a double front flip or something like that.

I think Nightwings actually faster than Batman and definitely more agile with better reflexes ( kinda goes with the agility. Hand eye coordination etc). Bats is definitely more skilled and knowledgable so his ability to anticipate an opponents moves may give the appearance he's that fast.

With prep, Batman is faster than the Flash.

Wind can reach up to 300 mph in severe weather conditions.

@wavemotioncannon: @greatcaesarsghost: there was a time in the "bruce Wayne: murderer?" storyline where dick was trying to attack Batman (who didn't want to fight him) and dick chased him all the way around the batcave trying to tag him and couldn't even touch him. There was also a time when batman was able to switch his cup (which had been poisoned) with the cup of another man at the same table as him in the time it took that man to blink. Nightwing is definitely the better acrobat, but Batman is definitely faster

No sleight of hand, he's just fast enough to switch cups as the guy blinks.
