How far are you willing to go to save your mom?

Recently, my friend and I had a serious debate on the topic below.

Scenario

Your mom is being held hostage.

The person that is holding her hostage is a crazed thug.

The thug is not only 10x stronger than you, but he is also agile and has nothing to lose.

The thug gives you an ultimatum to save your mother.

The ultimatum to save your mother is to suck his "third leg" and your mother is free to go.

If you don't comply he will kill your mother.

My friend said he would suck it one time and save his mother. His exact words are "the thug said I had to suck it. He didn't say how many times. So, I'd suck it once and save her." I said I would say my goodbyes, pray for her and chuck up the deuces. I'm not sucking anything for nobody.

How far would you be willing to go to save your mom? Would you go the distance or cop out?
