How durable is The Flash?

I don't really read any Flash comics or DC comic for that matter save for Batman but I've seen scans of Flash on here one shotting people who are, apparently, Superman level. So I know he has superhuman striking power but does the same go for his durability? I always assumed he had human level durability but was just really really fast...

Ι think his durability is connected with how fast he is going. His durability is connected to his aura.

Thats why when he isn't running very fast(for his standards) he can be hurt by Grodd's punches, going through walls etc And then when he is going very fast he can handle punches from Zoom etc.
