How do you had a location for an issue?

I saw that locations are linked to issues of acomics, but couldn't find a way to had a location for one issue myself...

Is hhis even possible?

Not currently. The reason it happened is because we coverted a improply flagged character into a location. LAMP is gonna allow you to add locations and story arcs to issues pretty soon.
