Help me find some story arcs involving these characters

I'd like to know any story arcs related to the following characters. Please bear in mind that I have already exhausted the resources listed under the following characters' ComicVine profile pages, which have listed story arcs I have either already read, or were not available for display. Note that I am not looking for single issue one-shots where these characters make cameos, but rather broader storylines that involve them in even a minutely significant way.

The Eternals, especially Makkari

The Elders, especially Runner (besides Infinity Gauntlet)

I don't think anything important has ever been done with Lobo.

Lobo had a fairly significant role in 52. He was in Reign in Hell as well, but that story was kinda forgettable. And of course, there's his solo series.

Despero was in JLA/JSA: Virtue and Vice, and in Crisis of Conscience. He also had a pretty good arc in Giffen and DeMatteis' Justice League. Sadly, it hasn't been reprinted, but it's Justice League America #38-40, in case it's in Comixology.

Lobo was in the Weird Worlds series. Each issue has a story each for Lobo, Garbage Man and Tanga. It was a six issue limited series. The Garbage Man and Tanga stories were continued in My Greatest Adventure along with a Robotman story.

Starro and Mangog storylines? anyone?
