Barely did any damage?? He blew Sabertooth through the side of the Statue of Liberty. In the second movie Jean deflected his blasts and he leveled the inside of a dam.

Superman's heat vision is more powerful than Cyclops optic force blast, which is heatless, in the movies.

I'll go with Cyclops' optical beams. Though it is pretty inconsistent.
