Yea DC has a thor and he was popped up now and again but marvel thor hasn't I think.

I believe there was a wacky silver age version that appeared in a Batman #127 called Harry Meke, who was actually Thor. He showed up before the Marvel one, that had a similar ordinary guy turns into Thor premise. 
 
He's also probably shown up elsewhere in mythology based adventures, I know there was one in Neil Gaiman's Sandman that was pretty funny.

There is a DC Thor. But I think that just has to do with him being a god.

He was in a couple of issues of Superman issues where Superman, he and Wonder Woman fought in a 1000 year war to reclaim Asgard(Not sure if it is Asgard, might be Valhalla.).
