In a flashback he beat up Roy Harper in Red Hood and the Outlaws.

Aint sure. If he was better written though as ya said then I tbh think he would'a beaten even Bane in their second encounter. After he trashed Bane's Venom.

Pre-Crisis Croc has beaten Batman a couple of times, but that was when he was a street-smart gangster.

Post-Crisis Croc has done very little that I can recall, and has lost to a helluva lot of different people (Catwoman, Tarantula, Helena Bertinelli, Harvey Dent, Tim Drake, Harley, Shiva, Wildcat, Nightwing, Bane etc, he's been one-shotted by Batman multiple times).

• Pretty sure I remember him beating Katana, broke her sword with his jaws and swatted her away.
• He beat a super-villain named Pin-Head, who only appeared in one story and had no feats IIRC

He also successfully set a trap for Damian once off-panel.

In the new movie he is too much for a batman that forgot his utility belt
