Has Hulk engaged with Black Bolt after WWH?who win?

No he hasn't. Assuming it's current Hulk and not WWH, I'd take BB for the majority.

Also, Black Bolt didn't fight the Hulk during WWH. That was a Skrull.

Most of the fight took place off panel other than the initial whisper of the skrull BB. I don't know if I'd say it was horrible simply because it was just a minor part of the World War arc. Also the skrull BB's whisper was more arguably more powerful than any of the real BB's whispers to date considering it took a piece out of the moon the size of Rhode Island which caused tidal waves on Earth.

WWH, up until that point (later stronger as WBH) was Hulk at his strongest (also most durable) so I'm not surprised he wasn't damaged much from a whisper. I'm guessing BB whispered because:

• Worked fine in the past on Hulk.
• BB rarely screams.
• BB wasn't aware this was a super pissed (there fore powerful incarnation) of Hulk
• Was more of a warning

I know this I just put BB rather than saying Skrull blah blah he knew what I ment.

I see makes sense he'd only whisper I was just thinking to Infinity where the real BB screamed at Thanos and thought why not to Hulk but if only a whisper worked before it makes sense he didn't full out yell.

In Infinity BB knew Thanos was a legitimate threat to the Earth, he had to go all out, besides he was trying to activate the Terrigan (sp?) bomb as well. Also since the city was evacuated, he didn’t' have to worry about killing his fellow Inhumans. In World War, Hulk just shows up on the moon out of the blue, the gravity of the situation wasn't known to them at that point.
