Has Batman ever met Lucifer?

I really like these two characters,and I wanted to know if they have ever met.

They should then again not even Constantine has meet Lucifer somehow. I think i'd be great if when doctor manhattan finally attacks the Dc universe or whatever lucifer just strolls out of his night club and batters him like manhattan shows up and the JLA prepare to fight then lucifer just pushes through them and one shots manhattan.
