I've only read The Incal so far but I'll read Metabarons eventually.

What do you mean by, "ridiculous" If you dont mind my asking?

There's a lot of feuds and battles, so the story is driven by a great deal of action. And the action is ridiculous. In one scene, one of the Metabarons kicks a robot so hard it flies out of orbit at the speed of light. There are space wars that tear open great big gaping holes in reality. The sole female Metabaron fights and kills a million opponents at once while heavily pregnant, and in labor if I recall correctly. Stuff like that.
