Other than being just a brilliantly written event one of the best things about Harbinger Wars is that none of the factions are really straight up bad guys, sure most if not all of them have done some pretty horrible things but they have always been for the greater good so I think that kind of makes it hard to pick a side.

This is a tough one but I'm going to go with the hard corps. Their appearance in harbinger wars 3 showed how crazy yet powerful they can be and I think they're going to claim quite a bit of lives. Also, the changing of abilities (can't recall the actual name) is awesome. Lastly, they don't really have anything to lose, for the most part they're a group that welcomes death, which will make them all the more dangerous.

I'd be happy if they killed Torque, or made him mute.
