Hal Jordan/Green Lantern Movie Casting

As they have yet to officially name an actor for Hal Jordan, in either Dawn of Justice (if he is even in the movie) or the actual GL film coming out in 2020, I am curious to know who you would like to see as your new Hal.

Personally out of the unnamed cast in the BvS:DOJ movie I'd like Bailey Chase

WBs favorite is Chris Pine if I remember correctly.

I believe they have cast Dan Amboyer as "drone pilot"

Either way, i'd like Chris Pine

I'm not aware of his acting ability. but he's to old to play Hal. by 2020 he will be 48 and they will already be thinking about recasting.

I just hope the GL movie would be good I had nothing against the casting in one we got before but the plot was just awful.

Pfft. Who cares if that Guy's old? As everyone seems to say "As long as they can act, who cares about looks or age?" or "Wait till the movie to judge!". Looks like Hal or any actor could be any age or look like anything as long as they can act and the movie is good. :).

That said, as long as they use Hal as the GL for the JL and the main GL for the GL reboot, I'm fine.With the route it seems like WB/DC's going, then it just seems right. Though I'm not so sure I'd agree with Bailey Chase as Hal, nor am I familiar with him.

@drfate: While Amboyer might be good for this upcoming I am with @leatherface003, by 2020 Amboyer will be older, it just seriously depends on how he looks at that time.

@saint_sophie I just think he has an intimidating scowl and would look good with a green mask. Unfortunately, like you I don't know much of what he's been in, apparently they've mostly been shows.

I mean with the current pic for Bailey, its not much of a stretch for me to see

@pandeth: my bad. I don't mind hal jordan but it would be nice to move on to the next green lantern. maybe add hal and the next gl in the upcoming gl movie

@masterkungfu I agree to a sort. I think another GL would be a good focus, Guy or John, but I have a fondness for Hal and a dislike for Alan Scott and an extreme dislike for the Rainbow Lantern, Kyle Rayner. But, this is all about opinion anyway, I just didn't understand what you meant by again? But, if you had a choice between all of the characters, who would you choose and who would you cast?

@masterkungfu: I'm liking that, very Jay and Barry (Flash TV). I'm looking forward to that since they tossed in Jay's hat in the Season Finale.If you could get a Guy Gardner, who would it be?
