i think the anti-spiral was right about spiral lifeforms being a serious threat to the universe, just based on the estimated casualties in the tenga toppa gurren lagann vs anti spiral fight

in the show, after watching the battle, not including the galaxies sucked into the drill attack at the end, 16 galaxies were destroyed, assuming all the galaxies are similar to the milky way, the drake equation states theses about 12,000 civilizations in our galaxy

assuming each civilization has a decent population , but less then a million so not to get the unwanted of the anti-spiral, so just assume each is around ‎99999 , so 99999x16x‎1200= ?

so the casualties were approximately at a minimum of around 1919980800 .....to save the measly million people on earth...?
