The creative future of ACTION COMICS seemed uncertain after writer Andy Diggle decided to leave the book, but it's now confirmed Greg Pak will take over the classic title! He'll join forces with artist Aaron Kuder on issue #25 this November. Speaking with with USA Today, Pak says the opportunity is "one of those things you dream about idly, imagining the craziest thing that could ever happen to you in your comics career."
Additionally, he shed a little light on what he has in store for Clark's book. "The book is called Action. So we want to have big action. And it's Superman! Superman's gotta do crazy, huge things," says the writer. "At the same time, every step of the way in order for me to care and you to care, whatever Superman is going through has to resonate on that emotional level."
And in case you somehow missed the news, Greg Pak is also behind DC's upcoming series SUPERMAN/BATMAN and the first issue will land this Wednesday. What do you think, Viners? Is Superman in good hands? Speak your mind below.
