Green Goblin in Amazing Spiderman 2 revealed!!!!!

So who thinks since electro is gonna be the first baddy in the amazing spiderman #1 that the green goblin is harry to match up with the movies

I think Harry is gonna die (at some point, not necessarily this movie) which will lead Norman to becoming Goblin and forming the S6.

Looks pretty wicked though. Like they captured the insanity factor of the Goblin villain pretty well.

figures too. Its one of the few comic book relationships that doesn't suck. (Peter/MJ in the first trilogy was just god awful)

How awesome would it be if Harry became repulsed by the way he looks and he puts on some sort of torn cloak, like how they did with Lizard with the lab coat in Amazing Spider-Man.

Looks like his suit is pretty damaged, no telling what it actually looks like. He's pretty ugly though...

I can barely fathom how anyone in their right mind would be looking forward to this movie at this point. Honestly, Paul Giamatti as the Rhino? This kid as "Green Goblin"? (emphasis on the quotations)

I have a feeling that just like the first Amazing Spider-Man this will be extremely mediocre with some good elements. Spidey's costume rocks, and that's literally the only thing that's got me excited for this film.

@master_thief: But it looks like Norman is on his death bed, I don't think he'll be GG, plus he's kinda old too.

@cf12793: Green Goblin doesn't look that bad, considering this is the first clear picture of GG, Electro looks awesome, Rhino as a machine looks kinda cool. Imo this movie is looking pretty awesome from the trailers.

@ccraft: Norman is not gonna die i can see the oz formula being some type of prototype that harry takes then at the end of the film norman takes and becomes cured of his illness

@master_thief: That's one theory, so maybe Spidey was involved in Harry's death at the end of this film, then Norman takes the GG formula and wants revenge for his son? That's a possibility, how awesome would it be if he enhanced the GG formula and he becomes worse than Harry, Norman becomes the devil looking version of GG! Or just a regular GG, that's fine too.

Not liking the costume.

@cf12793: he was cast as a fat stupid russian mobster, he seems to play the part pretty well from what i seen. Don't have an issue with it.

@ccraft: Its not the kind of concept you would imagine when talking about the look of the Goblin. But its not gonna ruin the film for me.

@experio: comic book version wouldn't translate very well, but it would have been cool if Harry wore a orange cloak with a hood over his power suit.

I garentee that when norman becomes the next goblin he's gonna have that mask.... makes sense since if he uses the goblin serum and he becomes the goblin he's gonna need a dual identity

@master_thief: I don't know if it's just me, but that mask didn't look like it could do well in a movie, maybe if it was CGI it could work.

This movie already feels over crowded. His most famous villain along with two of his B list villains? Gwen may die. I can tell I'll watch it but may not like it.

I wonder where they are in that. Big Ben maybe?

I also think that Goblin looks terrible. He better have a mask.

He looks like crap... This makes Sam Raimi's Green Goblin look genius.

100x better, I was hoping for a clear picture of the suit, his right side looks pretty awesome, but then you have the left side of his suit and it looks like it's a wreck.

I'm just worried he might not be able to do the stunts, but I would be more than fine if he became a normal GG.

@master_thief: I'm sure they could find a way, and make it work. It's just that since Norman is so old you don't expect him to become GG, but maybe that's what there trying to do. Show a dying old man, then throw in the twist of having him cure himself with the GG serum and become Spidey's villain.
