Green Arrow's Best Tales

Thinking about picking up some Green Arrow books, looking for some opinions on what are the best stories to hunt for. Preferably something with a more serious tone to it.

One of the books i was considering was Kevin Smiths run. Opinions and recommendations much appreciated!
