God is universe tier ( since he created the universe ). although there aren't many high level destruction feats, he is omnipotent and omniscient and omnipresent. God has also only taken mortal forms a handful of times and is otherwise unknown if he can even be touched physically.

Well Goku has transformed into a super sayan god, so he is at least even. But I also read somewhere that he in the next film already has surpassed the god form, so clearly he is stronger than gods.
