Give Joker a Power Ring!

Hal Jordan and the rest are soooooooo boring

Okay so here's the deal... The power lanterns are a great idea hindered by horrible characters and shabby writing. I don't know about the rest of you but I would love to see what someone creative like joker would do if given a yellow ring, or if in a crossover some Marvel characters (say Captain America with a blue ring) could wield the power rings. Thoughts?

And if you come up with any other characters who would be cool with power rings please post them here.

The idea of random, non-GL related characters wielding power rings seems really gimmicky to me. That being said, it would be interesting to see New 52 Flash making constructs as fast as he thinks, winding up with massive and elaborate constructs before anyone else has even processed what has happened.
