The last issue of Trinity War is the introduction to Forever Evil, then to read the story you can read the limited series event, Forever Evil. Then there are tie-ins, which probably aren't needed but give extra info, like Justice League, JLA, JLD, Suicide Squad, Teen Titans, as well as the limited series like Forever Evil: Argus, Forever Evil: Rouges Revenge (Something like that), and there might be one more title. Those FE series are only 5 issues each, I think, while Forever Evil is 6 or 7.
