I was a little worried about it, but it looks like I don't have to be.

@xwraith: Man I am suuuuuuuuuper excited for this movie, maybe even more so than I was about Man of Steel.

Goddamit, I hate the press, they're so lucky.

Plus this might be the first post-phase 2 superhero film I've seen in cinema in a while, lucky it sounds good.

@jonny_anonymous: Marvel loves to keep those end credit scenes secret (they reportedly change Iron Man 3's when it was leaked.)

Just seen Ronan The Accuser, looks really like the comic version. 10 years ago, you'd never have expected to see a live action version of him.

I'm surprised Marvel are allowed to use Ronan or the Kree in general since they started as FF characters

Rocket Raccoon and Groot are gonna be the next big thing. It's really embarrassing for DC that Marvel can take these UNKNOWN characters and make them Mega popular while they still sucking off Batman and SUperman.

Cool, but I don't know who those people are so I don't trust or care about their judgment.

Admittedly; when I watched the trailer at first, I was like, "this is the dumbest thing in the world", but after warming up to it and watching the later previews - and falling in love with hooked on a feeling - I'm actually really excited.

I've been chomping at the bit to seethis movie ever since its annoucement, and i just got more excited!

I've been pumped since the word go lol

This doesn't help in lowing my excitement...especially when I've had it since the beginning..

Who would have thought that Rocket Raccoon would be in a blockbuster movie before Wonder Woman? Marvel FTW as far as movies. By a long shot.

Been hooked since the first trailer, can't wait till August.

With a few exceptions, those guys have some of the worst taste in movies, so I'm still a little worried.

Sounds like a comedy, but that's what all marvel movies are nowadays.

I agree. I love Batman but damn it I want a Black Canary movie or Martian Manhunter or Wonder Woman. Just something other than Batman or Superman, even though I love Batman.

As for the inevitable people going "wah wah comedy Marvel wah", you prefer attempts at over-dramatizing heroes or trying to be "dark and gritty" and coming off as preachy? Yeah, Batman and MoS both did that. I love MoS and the Nolan trilogy, but lets not pretend they did it all right and Marvel is nothing but cheap comedy. That's simply fanboying. This wasn't directed at you specifically MiB haha.

Anyway, I was pumped for this since the first trailer and I am even more pumped now!

Valid point. Even though Guardians of the Galaxy did originally have some humor, they're really misplacing it in some films, such as Thor.

Captain America the Winter Soldier didn't have that problem though.

Lol no those reviews were probably done by marvel studio workers or paid viewers to hype it up.
