Favorite Tech Guy for a Team?

Who is your favorite Tech guy on a team? Meaning the one who makes the inventions, Vehicles, Etc? My personal Favorite is Donatello from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. He also is my favorite turtle so he gets points.

I've always just loved the look of Stark Tech.

I'd say Ninjak although he doesn't exactly make a lot of tech. He's just amazing with it and has a lot of nice gadgets.

I'll go with Rocket Raccoon.
