My favorite is Blue Beetle because we're very similar and I love how his powers work.

I also like Thor; The Mighty Thor #4 was the first comic book I've ever read (Yes, I'm pretty new to comics). There are other heroes I like but don't love.

My favorite hero will forever be Ororo Munroe aka Storm. I started knowing her through the popular X-Men: Animated Series in the late 90's. She has a unique appearance, white hair and her eyes turning all white. I also find her a very interesting character. And as I get to know more about her, I also get to love her mohawk hair, blue eyes, her tragic past and her leadership skills.

Storm is equal to pure awesomeness!

  • Booster Gold
  • He's down to earth, makes mistakes, always tries to do his best, never gives up, likable, funny, and he has matured and grown into an excellent hero.
  • Booster Gold #1 (2007)
  • I heard about him on the internet, then I started researching into him, then I decided to buy the first 32 issues of his run on Ebay when I saw a good deal, then I read them all in one day.

Batman.

#11 Posted by TheBigRedCheese (372 posts) - - Show Bio

Why? He was a whimsical and sunny character. As a young lad I couldn't help but like the character. He saw the good in everything and always managed to save the day. Captain Marvel wasn't some dark, gritty man child who had his parents brutally murdered and was picked on. Billy Batson had a heart of gold.

When? I was a young lad and stumbled upon one of his comics at my Uncle's house. It was a raggedy comic that had no cover, but after reading the comic I knew who the World's Mightiest Mortal was.

First? I'm not sure what the first comic I actually read was. Most likely a Peanuts comic. The first Captain Marvel comic I purchased was The Power of Shazam.

That's 1a and 1b for me. I love how Bucky will kill if necessary to get the job done and that Cap is the ultimate leader.

Batman and Spiderman, since I was a child; I thought that they had the coolest powers and/or skills and/or toys. Both have incredible mobility and freedom (always enjoyed the idea of soaring through the air, not just floating there effortlessly like Superman, but actually propelling yourself through the air, feeling it breeze past you... It sounds awesome), incredible strength (Batman is the best any human can be, Spiderman makes Deathstroke look like a wuss), awesome skills or toys (batmobile, batarangs, infinite money and resources; or web shooters and one of the coolest costumes ever).

I became a hardcore fan of the entire Bat clan though after I started reading up on the teen titans and more on Robin/Nightwing, probably 8 months ago; also began liking them more when I played DC universe online; and finally, I am a total bat-clan nut, after buying my first bunch of their comics over a month ago (I think that's when it was?)

I'm still a big fan of Spiderman, he's one of my favorite Avengers, but I can't find a good series of comics to get in on for him. I've only got a freebie from Free Comic Book Day, and the first three issues of Peter Parker, the Spectacular Spider-Man. And some AvX issues that partially feature him. But I loved his movies when I was younger, and I personally think Tobey was an awesome Pete, should've had a little more comedy in the films, but that wasn't his fault as much as the director's/script writer's.

So.;. That's about all the justification and explanation on why I love Batman and Spiderman!
