Favorite origin story movie?

What is your favorite origin story in a movie?

For it to be clarified as a origin story it must introduce a character and then shows us the character going through some dramatic changes in the movie and become someone new and must end a way to leave potential to have sequels

My personal favorite would have to be Batman Begins

in a close second would be Man of Steel. Ya I know please don't hate and start a flame war

I have trouble between batman begins, man of steel, and iron man

the iron man sequals decreased in quality, while batman not as much

but I'm looking forward to superman movies the most(and thats big since I'm not a big fan of the character), so I think I'll have to go with Man of Steel
