Oliver is my favorite, but I've really grown to like Emiko.

Ollie is my favorite too, but I have both Connor and Emiko right behind him

Connor and Roy.

I'm a big Mia fan, so she gets my vote.

Dinah is also great when written properly (which hasn't happened a lot lately).

And Artemis was a lot of fun in Young Justice. Too bad she doesn't exist in any such interesting form outside of the TV show.

Ollie>Canary >Emiko>Shado>Diggle.

Comics: Black Canary, but I don't really count her as part of the 'Arrow family' since she is very much independent of Ollie. Of what I consider the Arrow Family it's Ollie, but on this list it's Canary.

On TV I like Ollie and Diggle the best.

Felicity.

I know it won't be popular, but Thea. Her character has changed/evolved and is truly conflicted. Most of the other folks aren't that different then they were in season one. Ollie has transformed some and so has Officer Lance. Diggle and Felicity are likable but somewhat predictable.

Without question, it's Oliver. But, Mia is my favorite sidekick character.
