I'm voting for Civil War for two reasons: It's the only thing here I've actually read, and it was the first major Marvel thing I read in the last decade.

The first six graphic novel volumes of Ultimate X-men got me into comics after i played X-men Legends. Ultimates is my second choice.

Love everything he's done except for kick-ass, romita jr's artwork just ruins it for me, the guy is a hack.

Red Son for me as I haven't read any of the other comics yet (except for some Ultimate X-Men that I didn't like), and Red Son is my favorite Elseworlds stories anyways. :P

The Ultimates is by far my favourite, its sad that people don't appreciate how much it influenced and changed the avengers. Sadly everything that was cool has been emulated by the marvel mainstream avengers books.

Old Man Logan is classic.

and of the millarworld stuff, i found superior to be pretty amazing, its started off pretty dumb but really paid off at the end.

Nemesis for me, I thought it was super fun. Definitely gonna read Old Man Logan. Though Superior was quite alright as well. Mark Millar is a very love/hate writer for me. Sometimes he hits the homerun, other times its an utter strikeout

He is the reason I even read the Avengers and the FF. I don't even like the 616 FF but his take on the Ult. FF was just awsome. I had actually dropped all X titles except for his Ult. X-Men run which I think is just incredible too. I wasn't a huge fan of his Spider-man run tho.

I clicked Ultimates and then noticed Red Son right after.

Red Son should've gotten my vote.

I voted Civil War simply because it's the only one I've read and I liked it. I would really like to read Red Son, though.

I never liked Red Son. Couldn't even finish it. Civil War was very good, but Kick-Ass is original and 'pure' comic book. Not for everyone though of course.

Civil War being being at 20% has made me lose faith in comicvine.

I have to decide between Old Man Logan and Superman Red Son. Wolverine Enemy Of The State is close and I still need to read The Ultimates.

If not for Red Son, I wouldn't even be reading comics now. That comic brought me back into the fold and helped me see comics in a new light. Definitely gets my vote.

Several good ones, but Marvel 1985 and Kick Ass were the comics that brought me back to comics after being out for a while. I voted for 1985.
