False statement about Silver Surfer.

The Marvel wiki states that "The Silver Surfer has full mental and physical control over his Power Cosmic, which is why it cannot be taken by siphoning mutants" but this has been done by both Dr. Doom & Red Hulk. How is that?

Actually the PC is a easily transferrable energy source Rulk is a by product of the Hulk and Doom is a Gypsy. So how did Marvel lie again ?

Dr Doom did steal the Power Cosmic from Surfer back in the 60s, so if anything the wiki is just wrong.
