Does the new AoS take place after age of ultron?

I have not yet seen the new avengers movie or the new agents of shield that came out yesterday. I'm wondering if the new agents of shield takes place after the movie or before so I know which to watch first. Thanks. And please no spoilers.

I am pretty sure the most recent Agents of Shield episode takes place after Age of Ultron, as they foreshadow many things from the movie. The Episode "dirty half-dozen" is the last one that takes place before the movie? could be wrong though.

It's right after. They reference the battle in Sokovia, and Phil reinforces that without superhumans like the Avengers Ultron never would have been stopped.
