Doom and Pym are more on the same field, since they both are leading Robotics experts. BUT Pym has a strong Microscopic Universe knowledge, and Doom is THE worlds expert on the Cosmic Power, as well as Cosmic plus Mystic applications.

Doom, arguably. Aside from him I don't think anyone else in Marvel is Reed's equal. No human beings at least, unless the High Evolutionary counts.

I guess you could say Valeria Richards, potentially. She claims to be smarter than him and has solved equations that only Reed could supposedly solve.
