Does batman fight with honour

I was wondering do heros like batman,greenarrow,spiderman,ironman fight honourably like superman,thor and wonderwoman would? Because it seems like batman in particaulary fights well but quite dirty.

Fight? Honorably? Superman has gouged out Darkseids eyes before. There is no such thing in a life or death battle.

If he's confident in his ability to win a fight "honorably" I'm sure he'd take that route.

However if there's a much faster and efficient method, or if it's a life or death situation, he'd just do whatever to win. He doesn't really care.

Depends on the stakes and who is the opponent, sometimes against Martial artists he will fight honorably.

As much as a cheater possibly can. Its okay though since the villains cheat like crazy.

I'd actually say he's pretty honourable, he could just walk about in a robotic suit and swat the likes of Bane away like a fly. Or maybe he just can't afford the energy bill. Although he will fight dirty when necessary.

Lol, fight 'honorably' what the hell is that? Real, life-or-death fighting is not an honorable endevour. In Batman's world, you either beat the other guy or he kills you. Batman should not shy away from attacking eyes, knees, throats and groins or using gadgets to most effieciently beat his enemy.

Depends on your view. He cheats against the justice League in tower of Babel and Endgame, but one could argue that since they have powers they cheat. Comparatively speaking he promised to only use headbutts to give his enemy an even chance and fought Bane head on more than a few times:

Fighting dirty isn't dishonorable and I would say him following his moral code of no killing makes him an honorable fighter.

Early Batman comics that focused on martial arts definitely gave Batman honor, such as bowing before and after a competition:

And taking his shirt off to fight Ra's al Guhl appealed to Ra's' tradition.

In a street fight, there are no rules. Besides there are character that fight much more dirty than him. One of them happens to be my avatar.

Superman and Wonder Woman don't fight with "honor" either. Half the time their taking on people their stronger and faster than. When Superman faces a threat that he can't just punch or blitz, here comes the heat vision. If Clark was honorable, he would have just fought New 52 Lobo (_whom he is already faster and stronger than) instead up blasting him with his heat vision.

Hell, he didn't even know if Lobo was tough enough to take it. That's not being honorable, that's being a dick.

Batman, Green Arrow, and even Spider-Man are rather small in comparison to the Martians, Hulks, and Atlantians whom inhabit their world, and they are often fighting to save people. And so they can make it home. Their basically unofficial cops and if you think an officer would would chose to tussle with someone other than tazer or mace them you are naive.
