Does batman and superman fight in batman/superman# 1?

Didn't pick the issue up yet, if you did, is there any fight between the two? Anything like a brief encounter?

How does this work? Justice League made it seem as if they had just met at that moment. Bruce did say he researched him, but if they had met before the team book, why would Clark bother asking Bruce about abilities, he should have known were nonexistent?
