Not in my eyes. I prefer Ra's or Bane. I also like Black Mask and Mr Freeze. Joker has been done to death.

joker is number one without a doubt. The real fight is who is number two? i think ra's al ghul would take that spot seeing as he is trying to help the world in his own twisted way, which really makes for a good story that has never been elaborated on. What would happen if batman snapped and decided to turn everything disciplined? he would become like ra's! thats why he's such a great villain!
