Do you pick up singles or trades

I typically try my best to collect single issues.

Both but for single issues I try to buy them in full runs or runs with small holes I can fill in.

Singles when it cdomes to current series (except for action comics)

Trades for older stuff

Mostly just trades.

Singles unless it's really rare/expensive.. then I'll just pick it up in a trade.

It's just easier for me

I pick up singles, but I've been doing a lot of catch up work so it's been digital singles. Having to have an iPad in school has been a real help

Everynow and again I will pick up a single with a variant cover or somesuch.

Mostly singles.

Trades I pick up if it's a particular storyline I enjoyed, or something like Marvel Masterworks, or DC's Chronicles line.
