Do you like the way your favorite character is portrayed now?

All comicbooks readers have a favorite character. But do you agree with the way he/she is currently portrayed? Do you like it or do you think he/she is out of character, weaker than normal, not showing his/her potential etc?

Rachel Summers? No.. she made her lose what is the true essence of her true character... daughter of the Phoenix... her own Phoenix Force in her grasp.

Venom's Mac Gargan, but thankfully, Mac will be Scorpion again soon! :D

 I'm not thrilled with how the Scarlet Witch has been portrayed since they started setting up the whole House of M plot. Way to ignore all the inner strength she showed by accepting her children not being real and losing her husband. She even moved on to become a leader of the Avengers. FU Bendis for turning her into nothing but a crazy woman.

Therefore some writers could have been doing a better job, or sometimes, problems and plots I could find interesting are not considered and the comics follow another direction. But in the overall I guess.

• Superman are more or less ok.
  
• Supergirl I don't know, I got to catch up
  
• Wonder Woman costume change shows commitment and willingness to risck which I love, but the whole costume is way too commercial to the characher
  
• Calvin & Hobbes are perfect as nothing has been made
  
• Batman, well I find myself not caring for Dick as Batman and not really much interested in Bruce time travels

Karma- what a year she has had after about 20 years in absolute obscurity
Dazzler-  I am so happy she has made it back on the team
Illyana Rasputin-  Glas she's back from the dead and I always loved the slightly evil Illyana over the nice one
Psylocke-  She is a new revelation for me.  I loved her before she turned asian.  She was so unsure of herself but and full of British stubbornness.  Lately she has been portrayed more in that vein and less as the cocksure assasin.

i kinda like what they are doing with Wonder Woman, but i am mixd feeling about the costume change! but i believe in JMS he is doing the right thing :) 
Power Girl: i am really liking the new direction

Iron Man - hell yeah! Matt Fraction is doing wonders!
Gambit - Im 50/ 50 
Cyclops- yes
Legion- Im just glad he's back...
Al Simmons- No, I dont know what crap they are gonna turn him into with the Image United suckfest....

Iceman - hell no, they barely use him and when they do they act like he is average when he is way stronger

Iron-Man: Yes in his main book, not really in the Avengers. I'll buy you a pony? Really? Also he acts like making a time machine is impossible when he invented a time machine himself in Iron Man v. 3 #59.

I'm not 100% sure which character is my favorite, but I'm not happy with the way any of my top characters are being portrayed right now.

Deadpool: more of a joker than a merc with a mouth, but pretty good, at least he shows competence time and time again
Spider-Man: he's been through a lot, and OMIT is just like pouring salt into a wound, fortunately the BND era's coming to an end

Rogue: her powers lost their punch and she just doesn't seem like the strong character she use to be

My favorite character has turned into a villain and his book is getting cancelled...so no.

Tim Drake:  Yes.
Billy Batson and Mary Marvel:  NO!!!  GIVE THEM THEIR POWERS BACK!!!!
Green Arrow:  Meh, I want him married to Dinah! 

Green Lanterns/Guardians - Power-wise, Johns can't portray them well at all.
Kyle Rayner - No, he should be ION right now and his relationship should be with Jade.
Ganthet - Yes, I like the way they are handling him with his emotions and hopefully a large involvement in Emerald Warriors with Guy, just not how powerful he is.
Wally West - No, he's not getting the respect he deserves right now.
Hal Jordan - No, he has little to no emotion now and Johns needs to stop writing him like he's better than everyone else in the Corps.
Guy Gardner - Yes, I have every Guy story Pre-Rebirth and he became one of my favorites then. Now he is being handled well.
Kilowog - Should have more screen time, but I think we'll see that soon. 
Sodam Yat - Yes, I like the way he's been written since his introduction.
John Stewart - No, he needs more screen time for sure.
Jade - She needs to get back with Kyle. 
Scar - No, I hate how she's written right now. 
Sayd - Meh.
Herupa Hando Hu - Should be alive.
Other Guardians - Ranges from meh, good, and alright.
Guardian 7 -As I said before, power-wise, Guardians are being written very poorly, but he's written pretty good.
Superman - Yes, I like the way he's written now.
Bruce Wayne - Yes and no, but not a big complaint currently.
Dick Grayson - Yes and no, hopefully back to Nightwing soon.
J'onn - He needs more screen time.
John Constantine - Yes, Hellblazer is great right now.
Lucifer - N/A
Dream - N/A
Barry Allen - Yes, he's being written very well.
Mogo - Definitely yes.
Hannu/Soranik/Isamot/Stel/Salaak/Alan Scott - Yes.
Every other Green Lantern - Depends on who it is, like Garmin and Torquemada need more screen time. Arisia, yes. Bzzd needs to get back.
Jack T. Chance/Saarek - No, they should be alive. 
Tomar Re - Needs to return but I like Tomar Tu.
Silver Surfer - Yes, before/after Annihilation, I feel he's being written well, character and power-wise.
Earth-22 Superman - Haven't read him in a while.
Maj - From his last appearance, kind of.
Midnighter - Yes.

I love Dick Grayson,every version.

The Joker's recent portrayal in the most recent issue of Batman and Robin was, in my opinion, fantastic. 

I don't really have any favorite characters...the last one I've read was Creeper, and no, I'm not really okay with his portrayal within the last couple of years.
