I think he's slightly "overpowered". But I don't hate him because of it. Good characters. Good story. I like him. There's nothing wrong with being overpowered. A lot of comic characters are overpowered lol.

I just don't like him. I think he is dull,boring,overpowered, and overrated.

I use to agree with you until Smallville and other similar stories. When we see his struggle we get the character. When writers portray him as awesomeness-squared he looses his relatability.

Same here. I got it the stereotype stuck in my head early on that Superman was an overpowered, boring, do-good-er. Basically what the OP was saying. And it took me awhile to see the light, so to speak.
