Do you guys know who this guy is?

In Civil War #6, if you turn to the page where Iron Man is standing infront of the heroes who are with him and he is saying: "I'm not surpised".

Do you see the guy who is running way in the back part, he is behind She-Hulk, and I think beside Venom. He has a black costume with a white mask and sort of leaf-like sleaves. Do you guys know who he is?

I've been looking all over the website and even under the Civil War issue to see if his name was on it, but no.

I think he also appears in page #7 on Civil War #7. Spideman is beating up a whole bunch of guys and the guy I'm talking about is saying: "Agh!"

Do you guys know who he is?

Anybody? Oh c'mon, somebody in here has to know.
