Do you believe the ranking system will ever be fixed?

It has superman and batman at its highest when you have others like hunger who eats universe galactus anti monitor and many others who are stronger. The sad thing is its just superman not superman prime of superman 1million or even a superman red or blue. I don't the ranking systems gonna stay this sucky way for some time.
