Which do you prefer, comiXology or individual publisher apps?

Individual apps. I mostly get Marvel comics but I'm started to read Flash comics so I started getting the trades in order to read them.

@humanrocket: is it better to get trades than single issues even though it's digital?

@socmalig: I only get the Flash tresses because I really don't have alot of space to store a bunch of single issues but trades I have room for. Since I mostly buy marvel it's alot better for me to store all my singles online.

Digital comics are a bad idea.

Digital comics are a bad idea.

Why? It just a way to publish the comic.

ComiXology. But I don't really care for digital.

ComiXology.

Since I never read digital unless on a mobile phone on the app, downloading it from independent publisher apps is less reliable than comixology, which I've trusted for a while.

IF I read digitally, I choose Comixology.

I use Comixology. I used to use the individual publisher apps but just had them all synced to the comixology app so I have my entire collection on one app.

I prefer digital comics to paper because I don't like the clutter and I like having my collection with me whenever I travel for work. I also don't think modern comics will rise in value so I don't feel like I am missing out on the speculation market.

I only read DC, so I just use their app. It's easier to find what I want. But I'm pretty sure that both Marvel and DC uses the same 'base' as Comixology, so the app itself is pretty much the same, it's only the content that differ.

I use Comixology now. I really like the digital versions. I have crazy ADD when looking at a print comic spreads and always glance ahead. I have been enjoying the guided view and then zoom out after each page to appreciate the page as a whole.
