Did Pre-52 evolve to New-52 or does it exist elsewhere?

On Convergence when they reveal that all these universe still exist the, they show like 3-5 character in front of earth. But the Pre-52 Batman, Superman & Wonder Woman are just seen over their New-52 version. This left me confused.

I could be wrong, but according to Convergence, all the previous universes exist elsewhere even Pre-Crisis.
