@bierschneeman: how was Slade ripped off from tasky? Way different powers and abilities. Any proof?
HA, I meant that as a joke. based on an episode from Linkara (Ithought was last weeks) my put on, in the midst he explains away Deadpool, than states that Deadpool was really a ripoff of a ripoff.

but just to play devil's advocate, I just randomly strung the words together on google. I found soooo many websites suggesting that Deathstroke is a blatant ripoff of two marvel character., Deathlok the Demolisher (1974) has a weirdly similar name as Deathstroke the Terminator (Dec 1980) buuut, thats just stupid coincidence of nami......AND Taskmaster came out seven months prior to Deathstroke with the exact same (initial) ability and power set (that magically seperated over time to include unique powers.)
..ng, that said, i guess, its still kind of far fetched...sort of....I mean they both possess superhuman speed, agility, and strength are very good combat fighters with a diverse melee weaponry abilities...after some checking, a lot of the super unique stuff (like Deathstrokes brainpower and healing,) didn't show up til later.
a little wide in the beltfor reality, really I meant it as a joke, since i figured everyone would be ragging on linkara for what I thought to be a comment he made last week....but it doesn't seem impossible...maybe as close as people suggesting Cap Marvel is a Superman ripoff..... by that i mean, they are CLEARLY unrelated now....but back then, before superman had 'all the powers'
